We often hear that our food, "tastes fresh". Well, that is because it is! We make all of our dressings and aioli's. Potato salad is made with freshly cooked Idaho spuds, cole slaw ingredients use freshly shredded cabbage & carrots, and we use the sweetest English cucumbers we can find in our cucumber salad.  

We care about quality and shop for what we serve. Each cut of meat or head of cabbage passes through our hands before we buy it. We source specific on our 14-18 count Applewood smoke bacon. sliced It's thicker then most. it cooks better and has an excellent chew, we pursue new flavors such as candying our bacon with dark brown sugar, or real Maple syrup to bring something new to the table. Turkey that IS turkey. The texture and flavor you should expect when you take a bite. Ham that  I like to call Easter ham because it reminds me of ham as it used to be.

 Satisfying customers is our top priority. That’s why we believe in offering fair and transparent prices with no hidden fees or extra charges.

We like to think of our impact on the local environment. We commit to be careful, and considerate.... paper beverage straws, Birchwood utensils, and paper pulp "to go" containers. We serve "eat in"  meals on waxed paper. When the meal is done only the waxed paper gets tossed. We recycle cans, glass, plastic and cardboard.
